This process is carried out in three stages. The first is the preparatory phase, which lasts about three years. The second is the main stage, which is the direct registration of the population, ie the collection of population data, inspections and submission of census materials. This is a period of about two months. The final phase lasts about three years, during which the data are analyzed using coding and the results are published.
\nThe statistics collected during the registration process are entered into a single electronic information system. In other words, the focus will be on the introduction of modern technologies, rather than paperwork.
\nSelection of registrants is also one of the most important issues. Because they are directly responsible for the accuracy of the information, and the information generated must be real. The staff involved in this process can be of different ages and professions, primarily staff of the State Statistics Committee and its regional, city and district departments, students studying in the field of statistics, masters, as well as basic doctoral students.
\nRegardless of age or occupation, short-term training courses are provided for enumerators and additional advice is provided as needed. Expenses related to the census are determined in accordance with current documents, as well as decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers. The process will be funded from the state budget and other sources not prohibited by law.
\nCurrent regulations provide that the final data will be published in three languages. The program of measures stipulates that the official publication, dissemination, information and publication of the results of the census, preparation of the initial and final data of the census for archiving by December 1, 2025. That is, the deadline for access to information is set. However, if there is an urgent need, it is possible to publish before this deadline.

\nAlong with the census, there is another important task. This is a matter of mapping areas, compiling a list of houses in settlements.
