Subsequently, the activity of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation No. 72 of March 23, 2023 «On improving the activities of the Education Quality Control Departments in State Higher Education Institutions» was reorganized. MAIN DUTIES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION QUALITY CONTROL<\/strong><\/p>\n control and monitor the quality of personnel training in higher educational institutions and branch offices;
\nto study and analyze the compliance of students’ knowledge with state educational standards and the level of students’ mastery of science;
\nformation of professors and teachers who can ensure the quality of education, including the selection and recruitment of potential teachers, creation of an (objective) transparent organizational mechanism that allows to improve their professional skills and qualifications;
\nregular analysis of teaching quality of professors; to organize an internal evaluation of the higher education institution and to take measures to eliminate existing deficiencies based on the results of the internal evaluation;
\nto study the correct organization of the educational process based on the requirements set forth in the regulatory legal documents and the effectiveness of using the HEMIS system (including the fact that information is entered into the information system on time and in full, the credit module system organized at the level of demand);
\nanalysis of qualification students, training plan and program compliance with professional standards and labor market requirements;
\nforming an expanded conclusion on the growth of my graduate student in the personnel market, their need, the level of viability of the industry;
\nto study whether training sessions are organized on the basis of modern pedagogical technologies and information technologies, whether quality control of teaching processes is established at the required level;
\nto find out whether a qualified specialist from production (practice) is involved for the course;
\ndetermining the effectiveness of the measures taken to ensure transparency and impartiality in monitoring and evaluating student knowledge;
\nto learn that the professors have improved their qualifications, and that the programs have included innovations in science;
\nanalysis of the fair distribution of the teaching load to professors and teachers; the state of the conditions created for students and teachers in the information-resource center, the availability of textbooks on subjects, studying the conditions created for students and making suggestions to the management;
\nto study and analyze the organization of independent education at the level of demand (to develop guidelines or methodological instructions, to set requirements for the organization of independent education and to ensure the formation of student workload);
\nensuring the introduction of anti-plagiarism programs in higher education institutions (including the introduction of academic honesty principles and systematic organization of anti-plagiarism work);
