Ushbu \u0410ndijon qishloq xo\u02bcjaligi instituti (bundan buyon matnda institut deb yuritiladi)ning odob-ahloq qoidalari (bundan buyon matnda \u201cQoidalar\u201d deb yuritiladi) O\u02bczbekiston Respublikasining Konstitu-tsiyasi, \u201cQadrlar tayyorlash milliy dasturi to\u02bcg\u02bcrisida\u201dgi, \u201cTa\u02bclim to\u02bcg\u02bcrisida\u201dgi, \u201cYoshlarga oid davlat siyosatining asoslari to\u02bcg\u02bcrisida\u201dgi va \u201c\u0410xborot erkinligi printsip-lari va kafolatlari to\u02bcg\u02bcrisida\u201dgi qonunlar, \u201cYoshlar yili\u201d, \u201cBarkamol avlod yili\u201d davlat dasturlari, Oliy va o\u02bcrta maxsus ta\u02bclim, qishloq va suv xo\u02bcjaligi vazirliklarining tegishli buyruqlari, institutning Ustavi, Ichki tartib qoidalari hamda umume\u02bctirof etilgan ma\u02bcnaviy va axloqiy tamoyillar asosida ishlab chiqilgan.<br \/>\n\u201cQoidalar\u201d ishlab chiqilishida O\u02bczbekiston Respub-likasi ta\u02bclimga oid qonun xujjatlarida fuqarolarga ta\u02bclim, tarbiya berish, kasb-xunar o\u02bcrgatishning xuquqiy asoslarini belgilashga hamda har kimning bilim olishdan iborat konstitutsiyaviy xuquqini ta\u02bcminlashga, ta\u02bclim oluvchilarni ma\u02bcnaviy-axloqiy tarbiyalashning va ma\u02bcrifiy ishlarning samarali shakllari hamda uslublarini ishlab chiqish va joriy etishga qaratilganligi sababli institutning asosiy faoliyati ta\u02bclim va tarbiya berishdan iborat ekanligi nazarda tutilgan.<br \/>\n1.2.\u201cQoidalar\u201d institut Ilmiy kengashi yig\u02bcili-shida 2011 yil 29 avgustda tasdiqlangan va shu kundan kuchga kirgan. Unga o\u02bczgartirish hamda qo\u02bcshimchalar kiri-tish Ilmiy kengash qaroriga binoan amalga oshiriladi.<br \/>\n1.3.\u201cQoidalar\u201d institutning ma\u02bcmuriyati, profes-sor-o\u02bcqituvchilari, xodimlari va talabalari (jamoa a\u02bczolari)ning institutga oid o\u02bczaro munosabatlaridagi odob-axloq tamoyillari, rioya etishlari shart bo\u02bclgan xulq-atvor qoidalari va majburiyatlarini belgilab beradi.<br \/>\n1.4.\u201cQoidalar\u201dga rioya qilish institut jamoa a\u02bczolarining barchasi uchun majburiydir.<br \/>\n1.5. Talabalikka va ishga qabul qilinayotgan har bir shaxs \u201cQoidalar\u201d bilan tanishib chiqishi hamda unga rioya qilishini o\u02bcz zimmasiga olib imzo qo\u02bcyishi shart.<br \/>\n1.6.Institut jamoat, davlat va nodavlat tashkilot-lari, ta\u02bclim va ilmiy muassasalar, tadbirkorlik sub\u02bc-ektlari, ommaviy axborot vositalari hamda talabalar-ning ota-onalari bilan o\u02bczaro munosabatlarda \u201cQoida-lar\u201ddagi ko\u02bcrsatmalarga rioya etilishidan manfaatdordir.<\/p>\n<p>2-bo\u02bclim. Maqsad va vazifalar<br \/>\n2.1. \u201cQoidalar\u201dning maqsadi institutda sog\u02bclom ma\u02bcnaviy va ijtimoiy-psixologik muhitni shakllan-tirish, uning nufuzini hamda obro\u02bc-e\u02bctiborini asrab-avaylash, yuksak ma\u02bcnaviy va ahloqiy talablarga javob beruvchi yuqori malakali kadrlar tayyorlashga ko\u02bcmakla-shish, institutning jamiyatdagi hamda ta\u02bclim tizimi-dagi nufuzini yanadi oshirishdir.<br \/>\n2.2. \u201cQoidalar\u201dning asosiy vazifalari:<br \/>\n&#8212; yuksak ma\u02bcnaviy-axloqiy fazilatlarga ega, jamiyat, davlat va oila oldida o\u02bcz mas\u02bculiyatini his etadigan, vatanparvar va xalqparvar, tashabbuskor va tadbirkor, zamonaviy bilimlar bilan qurollangan hamda yuksak insoniy fazilatlarga ega bo\u02bclgan irodasi baquvvat, imoni butun va vijdoni uyg\u02bcoq mutaxassislarni tarbiyalash;<br \/>\n-institut jamoa a\u02bczolarini ma\u02bcnaviy immuniteti-ni shakllantirish va himoya qilish;<br \/>\n-yoshlar orasida odob-axloqni buzishga, shu jumladan zo\u02bcravonlik, hayosizlik va shafqatsizlikni tashviqot qilishga qaratilgan har qanday xatti-harakatlarning oldini olish, jumladan, yoshlarni ichkilikbozlik va giyohvandlik illatlaridan, boshqa turli halokatli tahdidlar hamda biz uchun yot bo\u02bclgan diniy va ekstremistik ta\u02bcsirlardan, tuban \u201commaviy madaniyat\u201d xurujlardan himoya qilishga ko\u02bcmaklashishdan iborat.<br \/>\n3-bo\u02bclim. Jamoa a\u02bczolarini odob-axloqiga oid umumiy qoidalar<br \/>\n3.1. Institutda hamjixatlik,o\u02bczaro ishonch, hurmat, bir-biriga g\u02bcamxo\u02bcrlik qilish hamda ahil &#8212; inoqlik jamoa a\u02bczolarini o\u02bczaro munosabatlaridagi muhim shartlardir.<br \/>\n3.2. Institutda o\u02bczaro munosabatlarning asosiy tamoyili \u2013 bir shaxsning huquqi boshqa shaxsning huquqini paymol qilmasligi lozim, jumladan jamoa a\u02bczosini so\u02bcz erkinligi unga birovga tuhmat qilish, uni haqorat qilish, o\u02bczaro munosabatlarda umume\u02bctirof etilgan axloq qoidalarini namoyishkorona mensimas-likda ifodalanuvchi behayo so\u02bczlardan foydalanish huquqini kafolatlamaydi, e\u02bctiqod erkinligi diniy marosim liboslarida institutga kelish xuquqini kafolatlamaydi, kiyinish erkinligi ta\u02bclim maskanida tarbiya jarayonida salbiy ta\u02bcsir qilish xuquqini kafolatlamaydi va hokazo.<br \/>\n3.3.Jamoa a\u02bczolarini institutga odamlar diqqatini tortadigan tanani shaffof ko\u02bcrsatib turadigan yelka, ko\u02bckrak va qorin, shuningdek tizzadan yuqori qismlari ochiq qoladigan hamda haddan ziyod tor kiyimda yoki diniy ibodat libosida, metal zanjirlar, to\u02bcg\u02bcnog\u02bcichlar, tanaga turli munchoqlar qadagan holda, sport kiyim va poyab-zalida kelishi taqiqlanadi. Jamoa a\u02bczolari institutga orasta bo\u02bclib, unga monand kiyimda kelishi lozim.<br \/>\n3.4. Jamoa a\u02bczosining sha\u02bcni va qadr qimmati hurmat qilinishi hamda xalqimizning ma\u02bcnaviy merosini avaylab asrash maqsadida jamoa a\u02bczolari bir-biriga nisbatan hurmatsizlik qilishi, behayo so\u02bczlar ishlatishi qat\u02bciy taqiqlanadi hamda institutda o\u02bczaro \u201cSiz\u201d deb murojaat qilish odat tusiga kirishi lozim.<br \/>\n3.5. Institut jamoa a\u02bczolari turli tadbirlarda (majlislar, tantanali yig\u02bcilishlar, amaliy uchrashuvlar, bayramlar) so\u02bczga chiquvchilarga nisbatan hurmat bilan munosabatda bo\u02bclishi, maishiy tinchlikka rioya etishi shart. Zarurat taqozo etsa, bir notiq o\u02bcz so\u02bczini tugatib, boshqasi so\u02bcz boshlashiga qadar yuzaga keladigan uzilish vaqtida zaldan chiqib ketishi mumkin.<br \/>\n3.6. Binolarga kirish joyida tirbandlik yuzaga kelsa talabalar professor-o\u02bcqituvchilar va xodimlarni, erkaklar esa ayollarni o\u02bczlaridan oldin o\u02bctkazib yuborishlari lozim.<br \/>\n3.7. Binoga kirayotgan har bir kishi binolarga kirib-chiqishni nazorat qilish uchun tayinlangan mas\u02bcul shaxs yoki navbatchiga o\u02bcz shaxsini tasdiqlovchi hujjatni ochiq holda ko\u02bcrsatishi shart.<br \/>\n3.8. Jamoa a\u02bczolari institut hududida yo\u02bclning o\u02bcng tomonida yurishlari kerak. Bir-biriga duch kelganda albatta salomlashishlari, bunda: talabalar professor-o\u02bcqituvchilar va xodimlarga, erkaklar xotin-qizlarga, yoshlar kattalarga birinchi bo\u02bclib salom berishlari tavsiya etiladi. Bunda qo\u02bcl berib so\u02bcrashish istisno bo\u02bclib, yoshi katta shaxslar birinchi bo\u02bclib qo\u02bcl uzatganidan keyingina unga javoban qo\u02bcl uzatish mumkin.<br \/>\n3.9. Milliy va umumbashariy qadriyatlarga xos bo\u02bclmagan yoki institutning ichki muammolariga taal-luqli masalalarni Internet tarmog\u02bciga joylashtirish yoki undan turli maqsadlar yo\u02bclida foydalanish taqiqlanadi.<br \/>\n3.10. Komp\u044cyuterlarda institutga tegishli bo\u02bclmagan ma\u02bclumotlarni, shuningdek, turli kinofil\u044cmlar, noqonuniy diniy ma\u02bclumotlar, behayo suratlar, milliy, irqiy, etnik, diniy adovatni targ\u02bcib qiluvchi har qanday materiallani tayyorlash, saqlash, tarqatish va targ\u02bcib etish qat\u02bciyan man etiladi.<br \/>\n3.11. O\u02bcquv mashg\u02bculotlariga va ishga hamda jamoa a\u044czolarining osoyishtaligiga xalaqit beradigan xatti-harakatlar (radiopriyomnik, televizor, magnitafon va boshqa ovoz kuchaytirish vositalaridan maqsadsiz foydalanish) sodir etish taqiqlanadi.<br \/>\n3.12.Institut jamoa a\u044czolari dars mashg\u02bculotlari va ishga belgilangan kun tartibiga ko\u02bcra o\u02bcz vaqtida<br \/>\nkelishlari shart.<br \/>\n3.13. Institutda har qanday huquqbuzarlik sodir etish ta\u02bcqiqlanadi, shu jumladan, tuhmat qilish, xaqorat qilish, jamoa a\u044czosiga ma\u044cnaviy yoki moddiy zarar yetkazishi mumkin bo\u02bclgan ma\u044clumotni tarqatish, tan jarohati yetkazish, fuqarolik muomalasidan chiqarilgan vositalarga oid munosabatlarga kirishish (giyohvand moddalar, psixotropik vositalar va hokazo), ichkilik-bozlik, kashandalik, maishiy tinchlikka tajovuz qilish, janjallashish, qimor va tavakkalchilikka asoslangan boshqa o\u02bcyinlar o\u02bcynash qat\u02bciyan man etiladi.<br \/>\n4-bo\u02bclim. Professor-o\u02bckituvchilar va talabalarning ta\u02bclim-tarbiya jarayonidagi o\u02bczaro munosabatlari<br \/>\n4.1. Professor-o\u02bcqituvchilar va talabalarning ta\u044clim-tarbiya jarayonidagi o\u02bczaro munosabatlari \u201cUstoz-shogird\u201d milliy an\u044canalariga asoslanishi lozim.<br \/>\n4.2. Professor-o\u02bcqituvchi auditoriyaga kirganida barcha talabalar o\u02bcrinlaridan turib salomlashishlari, so\u02bcngra o\u02bcz joylarini egallashlari lozim.<br \/>\n4.3. Dars mashgulotlari vaqtida uyali aloqa vositalarilan foydalanish barcha uchun taqiqlanadi.<br \/>\n4.4. Talaba o\u02bczining nojo\u02bcya harakatlari bilan dars mashg\u02bculotlariga xalaqit bersa, professor-o\u02bcqituvchi yuzaga kelgan vaziyat haqida dekanatni xabardor qilib va uning ruxsati bilan bunday talabani mashg\u02bculotlardan chetlatishi mumkin.<br \/>\n4.5.
